I respect your privacy and only process the data needed to reply to your message and keep the site running securely.

Data controller

What data I collect

If you email me, I process your email address and the content of your message. Separately, my infrastructure providers (Cloudflare and Firebase Hosting) process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and visit time, for security and to deliver the site.

Purposes and legal bases

I process correspondence to answer your enquiry and potentially start working together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data is processed based on my legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

I rely on trusted providers who process data on my behalf: Google (Firebase Hosting and Google Workspace for email) and Cloudflare (protection and content delivery). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case it is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention

I keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your matter and any cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by law or until you successfully object. Technical logs are retained short-term by the infrastructure providers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to object, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (PUODO).

Automated decisions and profiling

I do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and I do not profile your data. As part of its bot protection, Cloudflare automatically assesses network traffic to tell visitors from automated ones, but this does not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and requires no consent banner. Cloudflare sets a technical cookie (__cf_bm) necessary for bot protection, and your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage solely to remember your choice.

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary if you want to receive a reply to your message.
